We intend to stage an exhibition for the fortieth anniversary of University Bible Fellowship in Germany and Europe in the course of the European Summer Bibel Conference. To contribute to these festivities, we want to exhibit a number of paintings from congratulating artists.

The topic of our exposition is “Hope”. It’s our intention to arouse the interest of all visitors how hope can be artistically depicted. We are already looking forward to seeing how you will depict this topic, “hope”.

For you to be able to prepare properly, we give you the necessary parameters:

The picture, including the frame, should not measure more than 120cm * 100cm.

Additionally, the picture must reach us by the end of June.

The delivery address is “UBF Bonn, An der Ziegelei 6, 53127 Bonn, Germany.” To avoid damage due to transportation, we ask you not to use glass in the painting’s frame, only Plexiglas. Please mind the time required for delivery to Germany when sending your painting.

Additionally, we require some data from you, which will be used to create an information brochure, which will be available at the exposition. The data needs to include the following: Name, Place of Birth; Degree, Expositions or Prizes, Job or other Affiliations (please select what’s most important to you, it should be no more than three lines in all); a picture of you (passport-sized) and a picture of one of your works (including title, material, measures and year of publication), as well as current contact information.
